Welcome to Wild Flours! We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery that believes in using the healthiest ingredients available. That means using whole grain flours and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Our philosophy is to use the bounty of all the wonderful flours that are available and to creatively combine them to produce delicious and healthful baked goods are that similar or higher in protein, fiber, and nutrients as compared to traditional baked goods.
Each gluten-free recipe has been perfected to appeal to the demanding taste buds of our teenage nephews as well as other customers for whom gluten is not an issue. Treats are really meant to be enjoyed to the fullest by everyone, and now they can be!
